200 யூனிட் இலவச மின்சாரம்: முதல்வர் விஜய் கையெழுத்திட்ட முதல் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ கோப்பு, 200 யூனிட் வரையிலான இலவச மின்சார விநியோகத்தைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தது. வீட்டு உபயோகத்திற்காக இரு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை 200 யூனிட் இலவச மின்சாரம் வழங்கும் நிர்வாக ஆணை பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது. தகுதி வரம்பு: ஒவ்வொரு இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கும் 500 யூனிட்டுகளுக்குள் மின்சாரத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தும் நுகர்வோருக்கு இது பொருந்தும்.
