‘जुडिशल मर्डर’ जैसे शब्दों का किया है यूज
Varavara Rao is ‘almost on his deathbed’, his lawyer tells Bombay High Court. In Jail for a ridiculous accusation. Guilt not proved. Became very ill due to conditions in jail. Denied bail repeatedly. Will this not be called a judicial murder? https://t.co/B5qQVJRODJ

Breathes there a man with soul so dead, who never to himself had said; this is my own, my native land: Walter Scott.
I want to ask:
Breathes there a Supreme Court judge with soul still alive who never asked:
Where is my Constitution? My law of the land?— Prashant Bhushan (@pbhushan1) July 11, 2020
Th arbitrary reversal by SC of its order on Jagannath Yatra shows its capitulation to govt: "Amit Shah has credited the reversal of the SC's decision to PM Modi’s actions. This remark has only amplified the allegations of a pro-majority bias of the court." https://t.co/uDKsCjzfKs

CJI rides a 50 Lakh motorcycle belonging to a BJP leader at Raj Bhavan Nagpur, without a mask or helmet, at a time when he keeps the SC in Lockdown mode denying citizens their fundamental right to access Justice! pic.twitter.com/PwKOS22iMz

‘लोकतंत्र की हत्या में SC की भूमिका’ वाला विवादित ट्वीट
When historians in future look back at the last 6 years to see how democracy has been destroyed in India even without a formal Emergency, they will particularly mark the role of the Supreme Court in this destruction, & more particularly the role of the last 4 CJIs

On this day, 45 yrs ago, one of the most important judgements in history was delivered by Jagmohanlal Sinha J of the Allahabad HC. He set aside PM Indira Gandhi's 1971 election for electoral malpractices & debarred her from holding any elected posts. Would any court do it today? pic.twitter.com/6RAQL6UcOn

Fantastic acknowledgement by the Judges of the Supreme Court of Washington State about the systemic prejudice&injustice faced by blacks in US society including in Courts. Can we expect similar acknowledgement from our judges about systemic injustice against minorities & the poor? pic.twitter.com/zKghNvnkBZ

So, the SC wakes up to the migrant workers crisis, 2 months after it was first brought to its notice, after hundreds died walking home or on trains w/o food & water! But as they say, better late than never. pic.twitter.com/nCl3zYiyvB

When the history of the Supreme Court is written, there is no doubt that the last 5 years will be seen as its darkest period, when it almost totally abandoned its independence & forgot its own jurisprudence of fundamental rights & of it being the guardian of the Constitution https://t.co/XzFNKHOFdj
